| The Villages at Willow Bay is located in the northeast corner of Frisco, TX, a fast growing city about 30 miles north of Dallas. Currently in the final phase of development, the Villages at Willow Bay will contain 1277 homes when completed.

| Frisco ISD Schools
Willow Bay's elementary school aged children in grades K-5 attend Liscano Elementary School, Mooneyham Elementary, or Sem Elementary. Middle school aged children in grades 6 through 8 attend Maus Middle School or Nelson Middle School. Willow Bay high schoolers attend Heritage High School or Independence High School, both located next to the community.
