The BOD has announced the formation of a new committee titled the Annual Member Satisfaction Survey Committee. This committee will be tasked with creating and implementing an annual member survey to better understand what is important to the homeowners and how the HOA can help address their needs.
The HOA and Real Manage are hosting an Informational session on Monday, February 1 at 6:30 PM through GoToMeeting.

Communication

The newly elected board of directors (BOD) has been hard at work since December getting organized for the year ahead. Among many things, the BOD has placed communication high on the list of priorities to improve upon in 2021.
To that end, the BOD will begin sharing a monthly video update with the members to share community news, reminders, and events.
The videos will be shared on the official HOA Facebook page.
