The Board of Directors approved 2 new policies that apply to all Owners at the May 2009 Board meeting.  The Collection and Payment Application Policy explains the procedures for collecting delinquent HOA assessments.  The Enforcement and Fine Policy details the steps that will be taken to enforce the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Villages at Willow Bay.
