Dear Board,

There has been concern from homeowners about the upcoming agenda for the HOA meeting scheduled for 7:00 pm Wednesday evening. Starting the meeting at 7:00 only allows 1 3/4 hours (at the most) available for the meeting, as the Library closes at 9:00 pm.

We know the census and Frisco Police Dept. discussions are important to the board, but maybe the addition of these 2 agenda items could be rescheduled at another time in the near future. They will be very time consuming and will take away discussion time for important issues in our community. In previous meetings held at the Library, our fully allotted meeting times have been consumed with the discussions by concerned homeowners. This time should not be taken away!

How long will the presentations last? After the presentations, when do you expect the actual HOA (Q&A) meeting to start?

Thank you for your consideration.
