Attend the Willow Bay HOA annual meeting on December 4, in person or by proxy, and get entered into a raffle to have your 2013 HOA Assessment waived ($360).  A quorum of 25% of all property owners must be reached for the drawing to be held.  Be sure to send in your proxy to be entered!
