The summer newsletter has been mailed out to Owners and should start showing up in mailboxes on August 29th.  See the Newletter page to view an electronic copy.  Also included in the mailing is a copy of the recently adopted neighborhood rules.  This rules document is mearly a clarification of rules that Owners are required to abide by per the Villages at Willow Bay Governing Documents.  See an electronic copy here.
