The Villages at Willow Bay is located in the northeast corner of Frisco, TX, a fast growing city about 30 miles north of Dallas. Currently under development, the Villages at Willow Bay will contain just over 1200 homes when completed.
Amenities in the community include 2 swimming pool areas, kiddie pool, a spray park and a hiking and biking trail that leads to the City of Frisco's future 75 acre Northeast Community Park.
Frisco ISD Schools
Willow Bay's elementary school aged children in grades K-5 living north of Eldorado Pkwy attend Mooneyham Elementary School and those living south of Eldorado Pkwy attend Ashley Elementary School. Middle school aged children in grades 6 through 8 attend Maus Middle School. Willow Bay high schoolers attend Heritage High School located next to the community.
The newest phase of Willow Bay, the Arbors at Willow Bay, began in 2012 and will feature around 400 front entry homes.
